Who is Erk PVC Makine?

Erk PVC Makine is a Turkish machinery manufacturer that designs the mixing line needed to produce PVC dry blend, builds it in its own factory, and installs and commissions it on site. Founded in 2015, we have taken part in more than 500 projects, and our machines run in more than 46 countries.

We focus on everything that happens before the extruder: weighing the raw materials, mixing and cooling them, sieving the blend and conveying it to the extruder hopper. We do not build extruders. We build the line that keeps your extruders fed with the right recipe, consistently and without interruption.

What we build

Our range covers every step of a PVC mixing line:

• Dosing: automatic powder dosing and automatic liquid dosing systems prepare each recipe without relying on manual weighing.
• Hot-cold mixing: the EPM-H horizontal turbo PVC mixer at 150–500 kg per batch and the EPM-V vertical turbo PVC mixer at 100–200 kg per batch, plus a metallic bonding mixer, ribbon blender, laboratory mixer and vertical blender.
• Moisture extraction, sieving and filtration: jet filter and dehumidifier, powder sieve, granule sieve and air filter.
• Feeding: a flexible screw conveyor that moves the blend in a closed, dust-free system.
• Spare parts: original mixer blades for Erk mixers, supplied from stock.

Why we design the line as a whole

In a PVC mixing line every machine works with the output of the one before it. If dosing weighs incorrectly, the recipe is off no matter how good the mixer is. If the cooler is undersized, the blend cakes in the silo. If the sieve or the conveying line becomes a bottleneck, the extruders wait. So when we size a mixer, we look at dosing speed, cooler volume, moisture extraction capacity and the conveying distance to the extruders at the same time.

When one team designs the whole line, connections, control signals and platform dimensions fit together from the start. We take the same approach when adding equipment to an existing line, designing the new machines around what is already on site.

Two sites, a clear division of work

Head office: Avcılar, İstanbul

Projects are managed from our head office in Avcılar, İstanbul. Quotations, needs analysis, project follow-up, service and spare parts requests are all handled here. We reply to quote requests within one business day.

Factory: Ergene, Tekirdağ

Machines are designed and manufactured at our factory in Ulaş OSB, Ergene, Tekirdağ. Having engineering and production under one roof shortens the step from drawing to fabrication, and when something comes up on site, the people who built the machine are the ones who deal with it.

How a project runs

1. Needs analysis: we agree on your product (profile, pipe, cable, flooring and so on), recipe, target output and the number of extruders to be fed.
2. Layout: we prepare a layout drawing of the line for your building, fixing the position of the mixer, dosing, sieving and feeding equipment and how they connect.
3. Manufacturing: the equipment is designed and built at our factory in Ergene.
4. Installation and commissioning: our team installs the line on site and commissions it by running your own recipes.
5. Operator training: your operators are trained in daily operation, recipe changes and maintenance points.
6. After-sales: remote technical support, on-site visits when needed and original spare parts continue after handover.
